Video Conferencing for Geometry

Many mobile devices now have both front and rear facing cameras and apps that will allow video conferencing.  These tools are a great way to make a lesson relevant to students by connecting with a professional in the community.  For example, a great introduction to a lesson on geometric principles would be to have an architect join your class via a Google Hangout and explain to the class how they use geometric principles when drafting blueprints for buildings.
