MoodnotesMoodnotes is a journaling tool that can help users keep track of how they are feeling throughout the day and over time.  The interface is quick and easy for students to record what emotion(s) they are experiencing and their thoughts on why they might be feeling that way.  This app also has tips on how to improve a mood as well as how to handle different events that trigger mood changes. This is a great tool for students who need help with monitoring or self-regulating their behavior or moods.
