Kidblog is a blogging tool that is specifically designed for K-12 teachers.  Teachers can  create an account and create a class to host their student’s blogs.  Teachers manage student accounts by creating them one-at-a-time or uploading a spreadsheet file to create them all at once.  Students can also sign up using a class code that is generated by Kidblog and provided by the teacher.  One great feature of Kidblog is that students don’t have to have email accounts.  This makes it ideal for the 13 and under kids.  Another great feature of Kidblog is that users can log in with a Google account.  This is a great feature for any Google Apps for Education schools or districts.

Kidblog appKidblog also has an app for iPhone and iPad so students can post from their mobile devices.  The app makes it simple for bloggers to post from anywhere and to incorporate media from their camera.  Kidblog is an easy tool for students to use to blog from anywhere and at anytime they have thoughts or media that they want to share.
