Favorite Apps from Colleagues

As we head into holiday break, this is the last week of sharing some of the free apps and resources I learned about or was reminded of from all of you.  I have not used or reviewed all of them in detail although I have played around with most of them at some point.  While all the links will be to the iTunes Store, most of the apps will also be available for Android devices.  Here are some of your favorite FREE resources as shared by your colleagues:

EasyBib allows you to “create accurate MLA, APA, and Chicago style citations in seconds by scanning a book bar code or by typing the name of a book.”

Khan Academy covers a “massive number of topics, including K-12 math, science topics such as biology, chemistry, and physics, and even the humanities with playlists on finance and history.”

Notability “integrates handwriting, PDF annotation, typing, recording, and organizing so you can take notes your way.”
